This program builds knowledge skills and competence in the planning, development and management of projects and programmes. It is designed to deepen a critical understanding of the strategies, processes, techniques, and issues involved in taking ideas for project development and turning them into practical realities with identifiable outcomes and benefits. This Master program provides an excellent basis for career enhancement or conversion for those with interest and experience in projects for development. This programme targets managers in middle and senior level position or ordinary employees at both private and public entities.
The programme is flexible and convenient as it considers for employees working in the private and public sector due to the Blended Learning Model (BLM). With BLM approach, the students who are not able to attend physical classes can choose to learn and accomplish all assignments through online essentials like Moodle and Zoom. The students who opt for BLM; it requires them to appear physically at the campus during class tests, final exams, research proposal and dissertation presentations.
